As part of its activities, the Fagnes websites collect personal data about you.

4. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

Your identification data allows us to send you information about events, services and products that may be of interest to you.

 

5. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

Your data is kept only for as long as necessary and at the latest for 3 years from the 31st December following your failure to react to our messages.

 

6. COOKIES

When you visit our website www.fagnes.com, cookies may be placed on your computer's hard drive or access terminal.

We use cookies to provide an optimal user experience for our regular visitors, and to avoid repeating messages.

 

7. RECIPIENTS OF DATA

Your data may be communicated to the companies of the Fagnes Group:

  • Comptoir des Fagnes S.A.
  • Brasserie des Fagnes S.A.

In addition, for certain activities, we may call on the services of third parties specialised in their field (communication, web agency, social media activities, database management and enrichment). All these subcontractors are listed in a register of processing activities which we keep internally. We carefully select all of our processors and ensure that they meet the same high standards of personal data protection that we offer you (even if our processors are located outside the European Union). We keep an internal register of all our data processors. If necessary, we can provide you with information about our categories of data processors. To do so, simply send an e-mail to sales@fagnes.be.

In any case, your data will never be sold.

 

8. IMAGE RIGHTS

Within the framework of our activities, targeted or non-targeted photos may be taken. Unless you give your consent, we consider that you consent to these photographs being taken and to their publication on the Fagnes group websites or on other means of communication belonging to the Brasserie des Fagnes, Comptoir des Fagnes or Fagnes Beers SRL.

 

9. DATA UPDATE

We undertake to delete or rectify any data concerning you that proves to be inaccurate.

 

10. PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA

We guarantee that all technical, organisational and human measures (firewalls, personal passwords, verification systems, limited access to files, etc.) are taken to ensure the protection of your data (in particular against loss, abuse, unauthorised access, modification and destruction).

The method of storage as well as the security and confidentiality measures for your data are specified in a register of processing activities that we draw up and keep internally.

In case of violation of your personal data, we undertake to notify the Data Protection Authority as soon as possible and, if possible, no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of it.

It goes without saying that you remain solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your connection data (login, password, etc.).

11. YOUR RIGHTS

In accordance with the applicable legislation, any person concerned by the processing of personal data has the right to :

  • modify inaccurate or incomplete data
  • request limited use of their data
  • object to their data being processed, in particular for direct marketing purposes (mailing)

Requests will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within one month of receipt of the request.
